Can I overclock integrated graphics with afterburner (or some other program)?

I have integrated graphics 3000, but I want to squeeze that last bit of performance out of it, if it's possible.
If I can't, can I at least overclock my processor, the i7 2670qm?

No and no.

You have a laptop and you have to live with the fact that you're limited in your performance options.

Overclocking even a little bit might overwhelm the laptop's already mediocre cooling system and worsen your performance.
