can i overclock intel core i7 4790k 4.9 ghz with cooler master hyper 121x

i am planning to buy intel core i7 4790k and want to overclock it to 4.8 and 4.9 ghz.
my heatsink is hyper 121x and chassi is haf x !!!

No. 4.9Ghz is custom loop territory. Unless you have the best binned chip in the world, you won't be able to

A good oc with hyper 212 would be 4.5 - 4.6 if you want to oc it to 4.9 then you should get a water cooler.

yes i know that i have never said any thing about bottlenecking i am saying when oced there is an increase in fps in games.

That's 3-4fps. A negligible difference. If it was like 10-15fps then it might be something to take into consideration
