I would say yes.
If your RAM is rated at 2400MHz, then simply head into the BIOS and enable the XMP profile. Your RAM will now be running at 2400MHz and will be stable.
In theory you should be able to overclock the RAM to a higher speed if you want.
If your RAM is rated for 2133 and you want to overclock to 2400, you should try increasing the frequency in steps.
Try increasing the frequency and then reboot.
If it boots up and there are no issues, keep going.
If the computer becomes unstable, you might need to give the RAM a little bit more voltage, or perhaps increase the timings.
If it doesn't boot at all, try increasing the voltage a bit, but if it doesn't work, take it back to the last stable frequency.
