Can I overclock my amd 860k to approx 4.5ghz with this stock cooler?

Not too educated on overclocking, would this do for me to be able to overclock my 860k well?

that's a pot luck cooler, it's their choice, so maybe, maybe not. Regardess it's probably not worth it. Have you researched OCing?

What do you mean pot luck cooler? I just thought that the stock cooler was 95w and that 130w cooler would be good for overclocking
EDIT: I also researched benchmarks it being overclock and stock, 7 pounds is definitly worth the difference
