Can i overclock my ASUS M2N4-SLI MB with everything stock?

hey guys... im a newbie in this forum
hope everyone can help me...
this is my pc:
MotherBoard: ASUS M2N4-SLI
CPU: AMD X2 Dual core 2.21GHz
RAM: 1GB (512MB/256MB/256MB) DDR2
HDD: SATA 256GB
Graphics Card: Geforce 6600 256MB (planning on getting a better one)
My case has a lateral fan...

i wanna know how far can i OC my pc... with everything stock ...
10%? 20%?

i already did 3% and its now going on 2.27GHz instead of 2.21GHz
but im afraid to bust my pc ... so i wanna be very carefull...

i know u guys can defenetely help me 😉... plz help me out

continuing with my story... im in need of OC tips for my board....
can anyone help me oc it?
i wanna know how far can i OC my board withouth damaging it.... how far can i oc?

i didnt add any cooling system or nothing.. everything is on default...

my cpu temperature now at 3% OC is 60C /65C /67C +/-
it goes around that...

can anyone help?
