Can i overclock my cpu?

As long as your motherboard supports it, you'll be able to.

I'm assuming you're asking with regard to the pre-built machine you mentioned here? http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-3808914/ram.html
If so, doubtful, most pre-builts have locked down BIOSs that prevent overclocking.
