Can I overclock my fx 6300 to @4.5?z

It was my birthday on Friday 13th of august (I'm 13 now) and I got alot of money from my family and friends.I have purchased a 750 Watt Power supply and I have bought 8 gigs more of ddr3 ram (16Gb in total now).I've been thinking about it and if i wanted to upgrade to a intel I would have to get ddr4 ram, a new motherboard and the cpu itself. This would cost to much for me so I've resulted to come here and ask if my fx 6300 could overclock @4.5 Ghz until I am 18 and I can get a small job while at uni which then I can upgrade my system to ddr4 and intel. Also for Christmas i'm thinking of getting a new cpu, but I believe that I can only get a cpu in the fx series as that way I wouldn't have to replace my motherboard or upgrade to ddr4 ram.What cpu in the fx series is the best one?I've heard that the fx 8350 needs custom water cooling as it's always so hot but I don't have water cooling.As far as I know I can't leave the fx series unless I at least replace my motherboard and if I was I would probably have to upgrade to ddr4 ram for the newer intel cpus. Please tell me if I am wrong about the fx series being the only cpu series I can get without upgrading my motherboard / Ram.

Will I be able to overclock my fx 6300 without it burning out / things going wrong inside my computer with these specs?

This is a bonus question I have but if you don't have time don't worry about this question.What is a really good Gpu fan?It seems my Gpu temperature is quite concerning so i'm considering upgrading my Gpu fan.

This page will take you to the website for your motherboard. On it under the Support tab you will find the CPU support list for your board. But one thing to be aware of: That board was made in more than one revision. I selected rev. 5.0. If yours is different, click on the correct link at the top of the page, so you don't get wrong information.

You don't need anything different to run the FX-8350. It is a 125W CPU and the cooler it comes with is fine as long as you don't OC using it. Your Freezer A32 will be fine for some light OC'ing with the FX-8350. And more than adequate for the 95W FX-6350. Basic OC'ing should be done in BIOS preferably. Start by disabling turbo mode, then increase the CPU multiplier one click, save, reboot, run a stress test watching temps. Try to stay below 62C except for occasional spikes.

If all is good, repeat. Eventually you will get an unstable OC result. You can either back off and live with that, ot start increasing the vcore to regain stability and continue. Don't go any higher than 1.5V vcore. Have fun.

Some folks even disable one module (2 cores) and run it as a four core to be able to get more clock speed from it. Higher clocks can be better than extra cores in games that only use a few cores.

Hello,I've run into a problem today.Yesterday I opened amd overdrive just to check up and it showed 6 cores (like it should) I went in amd overdrive today and it only showed 3 cores?What has happened?

Did you disable something? Post a screenshot of where it says you only have 3 cores.
3 modules, yes. But not cores. Each module contains 2 "cores" that share resources.

Another test is to run Win Task Manager and check how many threads (cores) it shows. Post a screenshot of that too.
