It all depends on your chip. It is possible but not likely. With your setup, I expect 4.6-4.8 on an average chip, just overclock a little at a time, stress test with Prime95, monitor temps with HWMonitor. I'd start off at 1.25v and 4.1 and go up from there. Do not let your voltage go above 1.5v, your temperatures over 70-75, and if it crashes increase your voltage by a small amount. 200mhz may not seem like a lot after changing it so much already, but it does have a noticeable effect on the stability and temperatures. Just don't set it to 5ghz and expect to be fine, because it WILL turn on, but it may not be stable.
