Can i overclock my intel i3 4000M?

Hi, i wanted to know if someone can help me with my intel i3 ?
I actually want it overclocked but on Intel extreme tuning ulitity it keeps freezing my computer then i had to close it and restart. Is there a way to get a unlocked bios so i can change like the voltage and multiplier ?

Its not that hot right now i just want to overclock it a bit not much

The cpu is locked and the chipset is also locked. No bios is going to change either of these locks.

It's hardcoded otherwise people wouldn't be spending extra for unlocked cpus/mobos.

Gpu1: Nvidia gtx 960M 2 GB (DDR5)
