I own a Asus ROG Strix G Core i7 9th Gen - (8 GB/1 TB HDD/256 GB SSD/Windows 10 Home/4 GB Graphics) G531GT-AL030T Gaming Laptop

GPU - GTX 1650

My thought is that you should not do that.

Very unlikely that you will gain all that much with respect to performance and very likely create immediate or future problems.

You will really need to dig into the hardware's details and supported configurations with and without overclocking.

PSU wattage may be a limiting factor or concern.

Moving your post to PC Gaming.

Someone may have already tried the subject overclocking on your laptop and may post accordingly.
