Question Can I overclock my laptop?

Hello guys! I just bought my new laptop (and no I prefer desktops, but I'm moving to a new country and I had to buy a laptop).
I am very happy with the laptop so far, I like its quality (Lenovo Legion Y540). The specs are:
Core i7 9750H 2.6 Ghz
GTX 1660Ti
16GB DDR4 RAM 2666MHz
My question is: Can I overclock my CPU or GPU? As far as I know Ti stands for overclocked (or am I wrong?).
I've heard that my CPU can get higher clock speeds. Any help would be highly appreciated! Thank you!

You can't over clock the CPU but you can overclock the GPU with something like MSI Afterburner or EVGA Precision software.

And to answer you, no the Ti doesn't mean overclocking, it stands for Titanium which just means a more powerful card. You can overclock just about an GPU these days.

Generally overclocking in laptops is not advised. They have minimal/no thermal or power headroom.
