I own a HP Compaq dc7900 Small Form Factor computer.
Here are screen shoots of my PC's specs:

CPU:
Name: Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 @ 3.00GHz
Code Name: Wolfdale
Max TDP: 65 W
Package: Socket 775 LGA

Motherboard:
Manufacturer: Hewlett-Pachard (HP)
Model: 3031h

RAM:
Type: DDR2 RAM
Size: 8192 MBytes (8 Gig)

Graphics Card:
AMD Radeon HD 6450

Now I really don't know if I can overclock my CPU at all, I can't do it with the BOIS because it doesn't have that function. Its a bit of an old computer but hay if I can overclock then that would be great.

Also my power out is 220w I think.
Hope you can help.

I was going to upload pictures but for some reason it comes up with an error saying I need to confirm my email which I already have done. So sorry for no pictures, forum wont let me.

i would reccomend that you upgrade your cooling first before anything

and the way to flash your bios is to search the model of your motherboard in google and find the reatil verison to it
download the bios and flash the motherboard
