They have low quality MOSFETS on their budget boards, makes them crappy for overclocking.
Also, as you can see on your motherboard you do not have a heat-sink on the MOSFETS. So you have low quality MOSFETS that are not being cooled. A recipe for disaster when overclocking an FX CPU
My advice? If you really want to overclock stick a fan to the left of your CPU area directly over the VRM's (MOSFETS, Phases, Chokes)
You made a mistake going liquid cooling as you have now removed all airflow from the VRM's. Hyper 212 Evo is a much better option for your setup.
