Can I overclock on this board?

So I've got a FX-6300 cooled by a corsair h60 on an Asus M5A78L-m/usb3, and I know these aren't the best pieces of hardware, but I was wondering if I would be able to get a small overclock out of these. If so could someone possibly tell me what settings I should set in the BIOS? Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

You might be able to do some mild overclocking.
Without a heatsink on the VRM module they will overheat and die with serious overclocking.
Using the H60 also eliminates the cpu fan from blowing on the VRM.
So be careful if you decide to overclock or install a fan blowing on them.

Well what frequency should I try to get to? And could you maybe tell me some of the settings I should run?

4.2-4.5ghz is fairly common without increasing voltage much. If you start having to increase voltage make sure to place a fan blowing on the vrm
