Can i overclock on

Hi.I have old pc and i was just wondering if i can overclock my gt 220.
Specs:
CPU:Intel Core 2 Duo E8500 3.16GHz
Motherboard:HP 0aa0h
RAM:4gb DDR2
Current GPU:Nvidia GeForce GT 220 1g ddr3
PSU : Delta 475W

GT220 is very weak, Look for a used GTX1050ti which should cost $80 or so.
