Can I Overclock this?

I was wondering if it would be possible to overclock my AMD-FX 8350 with a CX 750w Corsair PSU and my current build. Would my PSU be enough? I am also looking to upgrade my PSU soon, what would you recommend if I plan to overclock my GPU/CPU even more. Thank you

CPU: Amd fx 8350 eight-core 4.0Ghz
GPU: AMD R9 290 Sapphire Tri-x OC Edition 4gb DDR5
MOTHERBOARD: gigabyte ga-990fxa-ud3
Cpu Cooler: Hyper 212 Evo
RAM: Trident-X 8gb DDR3 1666mhz
SSD: Samsung 840 Evo 250gb

You can over clock with that motherboard and with that Cpu Cooler a bit. You should expect 4.1-4.5? But right now. It depends on your Temps right now. If you tell me your temps, then we can guess your maximum over clock. I would get a better cooler for better over clocks.
