Question Can i overclock with stock cooler

hi i got a pc with a intel core i5-2500K and a stock cooler from an i3-2125 and i wounder is that stock cooler strong enough to handle overclocking i think of oc to like 3,8 or 4,0Ghz if i ask my self it dont fell like it is an good idea but. BTW my motherborad is an asrock Z68 Extreme3 Gen3

You can try but keep a very close eye on cpu temps
