Can i overclock with these specs? Im new to building pcs

No. You need a z170 MB to overclock. Don't buy a k CPU with a motherboard with other chipsets.

Also, don't get a mobo with DDR3 for Skylake.

Hlsgsz is correct about you needing a Z170 motherboard to overlock the CPU and RAM.

To add to that you will be able to overclock the GPU though.

You can't overclock because the motherboard doesn't support it. Either use a Z170 motherboard or one of Asrocks Hyper series motherboards which allow Bclck overclocking. Also, DDR3 RAM is not recommended for use with Skylake CPU's by Intel. Use either DDR4 or DDR3L. The PSU isn't very good quality and shouldn't be used on a gaming system.
