I wouldn't suggest overclocking a lot on that motherboard, pretty cheap in my opinion, but you could slightly without any major problems. Make sure to monitor the temperatures with a program like Speedfan though. If they go above 65 degrees Celsius then just stick to the stock clock rate. If you have a stock cooler though I highly suggest you don't do it.
