Can I paint my SLI Bridge?

Can I spray my SLI bridge from ASUS (The orange bridge) with Krylon spray paint?

should be ok as long as you do not get paint on the connections. mask the connections off. an insulator in a needed conductor is bad.
be careful, I would have a spare bridge just in case.

yes the black blocks are the connector points. the solder dots on the top of the unit can be painted.
I would mask off the black blocks completely on 5 sides. leaving the top section (where it connects to the orange) alone.

I "painted" the bridge in gIMP. the orange is where it is safe to paint. the blue is masking tape locations. an image worth 1000 words.
