I would like to know if i can pair a x5460 with a 750 ti/rx 460/r7 360 and have decent framerates in games.I will upgrade my cpu from a pentium e5300 to a modded x5460/x5472 with 4 gb of ram.Well my psu dont have external pcie cables and can t change it right now but in case a gpu will need a 6 pin i think i will go for an adaptor from 2 molex to pcie.

Solution
You can do it. But beware - since your PSU does not have external pcie cables, it is likely an old and/or crappy model which cannot be trusted. Your call, but I would either get a 750ti / 1050ti without need for external power connector (cheapest route, but limits your selection of cards), or upgrade the PSU and then get a "proper" 1050Ti card with power connector, factory overclocked.

My psu has been replaced recently( i mean almost a month) with a new psu but this doesn t have pcie power cables either.I m 16 and I told my dad to buy a trusted brand psu which includes pcie but he didn t listened to me and I can do nothing about it.
So, I think I will go for a 750 ti.Thank you for responses

I'm running a Xeon X5460 @ 4.1 GHz with a R7 250X and the graphics card is horribly bottlenecking.
It will be soon replaced with a GTY 660 Ti.

So yes, your Xeon will run fine with all mentioned cards even though I would say a GTX 1050 Ti (or a equivalent card) is the maximum reasonable even if you overclock.
