F4-3600C18D-16GVK
link: https://www.gskill.com/product/165/184/1562832515/F4-3600C18D-16GVK

with this:
AX4U360038G17-DT60
link: https://www.amazon.com/XPG-3600MHz-PC4-28800-Desktop-AX4U360038G17-DT60/dp/B07QVWLJHQ

I have the Gskill one and i have tested OC and timings
16-18-18-36-54@3600 MHZ stable
16-17-17-34-51@3600 MHZ stable
16-19-19-38-57@3733 MHZ stable
18-22-22-42-64@3600 MHZ stable
Some how i can't set CAS value to 17 it automatically rolls back to 18 for r.g if i set to 17-18-18 in bios on windows boot CPU -Z shows 18-18-18,
So theoretically, if i mix these rams and set all 4 dimms to 16-18-18-36-54@3600 it should work.

Please tell if i'm doing it wrong. or i think only trying will tell ?

"Only trying will tell."
Mixing ram is always a crapshoot.
You can download Cpu-Z, go to the SPD tab, and it should show a few different memory profiles, which the motherboard will try to use... but it doesn't always work.

That's why it's best to buy the memory you need now, instead of buying the one, or two, and adding more later.

Memory manufacturers won't guarantee such combinations to be compatible together.

The additional stress on the memory controller caused by adding extra memory may cause the memory to no longer be able to operate at rated specifications. If the PC boots up, it may only run at slower memory clock speeds.

Well it did "worked", PC Booted up normally and 16-18-18-18-38-56@3600Mhz on all dimms together worked, but aida x64 stress test failed it, giving hardware failure error every time in 2-3 mins. With either one installed no failures.
However, didn't noticed any BSODs or crashes with or without rams mised.

What you suggest i should get rid of G-Skill one ? Since now i have both..
