can i pair skylake i3-6100 with AsRock H110M-DGS

so i was planning to pair Intel Skylake i3-6100, LGA1151 with AsRock H110M-DGS.
what happens if mobo isnt z270 chipset?!

It will work.

The 100 series chipsets will accept Skylake processors without drama but if you're looking to drop in a Kabylake processor part you're going to need to update the BIOS to the latest version using a Skylake processor populating the socket.

You're good to go!
