Hi I am using intel core i3-2100 ,2gb Of ram,2gb asus nvidia gt 610
Can I play fifa 14,Watch dogs,GTA IV,DBC 14. please tell me can I play above games on my pc. (Note : I don't want to change the graphics)

If by play you mean run, then by all means, yes.
If you, however, mean that they're actually playable, then no.

MAYBE, but just maybe, minimum settings at minimum resolution will keep you above 30 fps, but anything above it will likely stutter badly.

I can understand you don't want to change your video card, so I'm pretty sorry, but there really is no other way to improve the situation. To be honest, you need more than a GPU upgrade there....

I don't think any of those games will run properly.

Your RAM is too low and the GPU is not strong enough for anything. The CPU is actually OK.
