Can I play 32 bit game files on 64 bit

I am upgrading my computer from 32 to 64 bit OS. Can I still be able to play my Steam games on 64 bit OS?

Yes, you can play 32-bit games on 64-bit Windows. That is what the vast majority of users do. No worries.

x64 Windows operating systems have two Program Files folders; one has (x86) added to the end of the name. This is where it installs 32-bit programs to, and they run perfectly fine. You can't go the other way around and run a 64-bit program on a 32-bit computer though.
