So canI play them on this computer with high settings? And is ATI mobility Radeon x1600 intergrated graphics or dedicated?

Solution
I cannot verify since I do not have the Sims 2.

The only thing I can tell you is that the Radeon HD x1600 was release in 2006 and for it's time it was considered a mid-class graphics chip for laptops. It was not an entry level graphic chip, nor was it a high performance graphics chip. The Sims 2 was released in 2004. I don't know if any of the EPs increased demands on the GPU though.

I would say at worse you should be able to play it with medium graphics.
Yes you should be fine. Sims 2 came out in 2004. While it is much more graphically demanding than the Sims 1, overall it is not very demanding as other games that came out during that year.

The Radeon X1600 is a mid range mobile graphics core that came out in 2006 so it should not have any problems playing Sims 2 with all of the EPs.

Are you All absolutely sure? Because on another website there is someone else who keeps telling me that I'd have to play on low settings, and that sims 2 is heavy demanding, and it won't work. I just need verification. Every other source, here, game debate, the requirements, my dad who is good in computers said it will work, so I should just not listen to the other guy right?
