I have a PC, which i had bought in 2010. I have processor Intel I3 530 @2.93Ghz.
My question is if i use 6GB RAM and Nvidia GT graphics card, can i play Batman Arkham Knight, keeping the game in its minimum settings?

Please give the name of your GPU. Your i3 530 isn't the best CPU and will bottleneck some current heavy titles, especially online games, but it also depends on your graphics card. Batman Arkham Knight is very badly optimised so I'm in doubt whether you can run in or not.
Expanding on what JvZ2101 says, the i3 will certainly run most games, but there are a handful that you won't get really great framerates in without a faster CPU. And yes, "6GB GT" tells us nothing of your GPU. The amount of RAM on the card is almost irrelevant to its performance.
