Can I play Arkham Knight Without Issues?

I was thinking of picking up Batman Arkham Knight for the steam sale but have heard it has a tendency to be unstable. So I don't waste time, would I be able to play this in desired settings (1080p Ultra w/gameworks)? My hardware is as follows i5-6600 (non K), GTX 1070, 8gb DDR4 RAM.

You can definitely play it, 1070 maxes everything on 1080.
