Question Can I play Assassin's Creed Odyssey with this rig?

I have choosen to buy new parts for my pc, I will be replacing the GPU,CPU and the mortherboard.
Here I will write the components that I consider buying:
GPU:GTX 1660ti MSI Version
CPU:Ryzen 5 2600
and a new motherboard.
Will my frames be constantly on/over 60 if I play on these custom settings?

There is no way to tell what your fps will be on your particular rig at those specific settings. Especially since you have not listed the ram and amount you will be using. All you can do is search for benchmarks with your same set up, see what settings they use, and extrapolate the information to your needs.
