Few website said that the minimum requirements in BF4 is core 2 duo while EA Games said that core i5 is the minimum requirements. But according to an EA emplyer, this is not the real spec. The real minimum requirements are core 2 duo 2.4 ghz or faster. Check this out: http://mp1st.com/2013/07/22/battlefield-4-pc-system-requirements-listed-on-ubisofts-uplay/ Now i will upgrade my rig to core 2 duo e8600. Do you think i can play this game? Anybody have an idea? Please answer me

It does not really matter whether I play at low or ultra. That simply puts more load on the 7750 which is being heavily bottlenecked. I tend to stick to medium/high and play on the 16-32 player maps. Very playable at 35 fps. I put it to ultra and it drops to 25-30. Low or ultra, the...
Well I tried a Core 2 duo E8300, hd 7750, 4gb ram with bf3 and it plays the smaller multiplayer maps good enough (30 fps). The cpu was pinned at 100% usage while the gpu was at 50% so there was quite a bit of a bottleneck. BF4 has not even been released yet so nobody really knows how demanding it exactly is but chances are that you will need at least a solid quad core to enjoy smooth game play.

is it laggy in lowest settings in multiplayer?

so it is really playable in medium/high settings better than lowest?

Depends on your graphics card. The game was being bottlenecked by the core 2 duo. Gpu was not even being strained. If you want to play bf3 on a core 2 duo, grab a 7750 or something similar and stick to the smaller maps. BF4 will most likely be near unplayable since it will likely be very CPU intensive
