Can i play bf4 in medium settings in my laptop??

CPU:I7 4TH GEN 4702MQ
GPU:AMD RADEON HD 8750M 2GB DDR3
RAM:8 GB
SCREEN RESOLUTION:1360 X 768p
and how about other games like hitman absolution and crysis 3, can i play them in medium settings??

you can....you will need to tone down on aa and msaa settings a bit

at med settings....you can try aa x2 settings, if you feel a lag, turn it off completely
