Can i play Counter strike: Global Offensive??

Hello,
I just want to play counter strike global offensive and my friends suggest me to use 3d analyzer!

System Specs:

Intel Core 2 Duo 2.0 Ghz
RAM - 3gb
Windows Vista SP2
Graphics - Intel Chipset - 312MB

Can i play??

In terms of minimum specs, you should be able to run it, barely. Start with all settings at their lowest and tweak appropriately.

Picking up a second hand 1gb gpu for £20/$30 would give you a noticeable boost, but still not great.
