I have a PC with the following specs:

Windows 7 64-Bit SP 1
Pentium Dual-Core CPU E6300 2.8GHz
2GB of RAM
NVIDIA GeForce 8400 GS
120GB SSD

and another computer with the following:

Windows 10 64-Bit
Intel Pentium CPU C630 2.7GHz
4GB of RAM
Integrated Intel Graphics
500GB HDD
(It is a gateway zx6971 All-in-one computer)

Not a chance mate. If you can't afford a new rig, get yourself a Core 2 Duo for the 2nd PC, swap out the 500GB for the SSD, and add something like an EVGA GTX 750ti.

Well? no! (good enough for you? maybe)
It needs a good GPU to run,even if you go to a very low resolution like it allows you to do your CPU is very weak.
Plus, you can see that it uses 1,7Gb graphics ram ,even on low, and 6,5Gb system ram,so with so much less mem I doubt it will run well.
