Hello i can i play DayZ StandAlone with no lag ?

Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3230M CPU @ 2.60GHz
Ram:4GB
Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate Edition Service Pack 1 (build 7601), 64-bit
Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000

I dont think that its a good idea to play DayZ with an integrated graphics card. Even with my 660Ti I have to put everything down to low so I can get good framerates in cities. The game is also very CPU intensive and I am not sure if the 3230M will be ok. Maybe you can ask a friend who has the game to let you try it and see what happens .

In "Can i run it" say. i got better than minimum but not until recomended. So still doesnt worth buy DayZ standAlone ?

If it got minimum but not recommended then it may run with no lag but at a lower texture uality/res, I dont know much about DayZ standalone sorry
