Yep.
It's one of the least demanding games around, though the specs are usually lower than you'd need for a good experience.
*Make sure you are actually running on the 940M GPU.
(the "VERY HIGH" settings state a Geforce 285 which is pretty old, so you should be able to max the game with anti-aliasing etc at 1920x1080, 60Hz)
The Optimus software has to switch between GPU's so if your game or application isn't on a list it won't do it. I don't have this to test, but I think you can set it so the NVidia logo pops up for a few seconds at first to confirm.

Just curious, but do you have GSYNC?
If so then you may want to investigate and see if you can force an FPS cap that keeps you in asynchronous mode. Otherwise you will either lock to 75FPS VSYNC ON, or run over 75FPS with VSYNC OFF (screen tearing).
75FPS VSYNC ON is the best choice (aside from say 65FPS locked with GSYNC) since it prevents screen tear but also reduces the processing requirement and thus fan noise (and battery life if mobile).
