Can I play Fallout 4 with these specs...?

Not very computer savvy, I am in a pickle if I can play Fallout 4 smoothly on my pc or do I have to get it on Xbox one. My specs are GTX 650 I think it's the 2gb, i53350p 3.10ghz, 8gb vram. I want to play at at least 30fps. From the system requirements minimum on steam, it says GTX 550 ti along with a less powerful processor than the one I have (can't remember which one). When I check with websites to compare my card with the 550ti they are almost the same. I'm not experienced enough to know if what I have will be enough to play at 30fps+ or not. Any input would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

You may need to turn down some settings, but you should be able to play fine.

I would think you would be OK for an Xbox one type experience at 30 fps. By this time tomorrow there will be some benchmarks available with more published in the next few days.

Alright thanks. I also keep forgetting that Steam has a refund policy so I can get my $ back if it doesn't run well. I want to play it asap and waiting in line for the Xbox One midnight release sounds terrible to me. Thanks for the reply.
