Can i play fifa 14 on my laptop ?

hey guyzzz! i have HP pavilion 15... 4 Gb ram .....500 gb disk space ..... 2.4 Ghz processor speed ..Intel HD 4000 graphic memory.... windows 8.1 64 bit .... excluding all other games like Cod, NFS or whatever and just focusing on fifa 14, can i play fifa 14 on this laptop ????
