Can i play games at max settings?.

im buying these parts and wondering what settings I can play games like- bf4,borderlands2,assassin's creed 4 etc. 1 moniter at 1920x1080p (60hz).

It will depend on the particular game and the resolution of your monitor. But that combo should be good for max/near max settings at 1080p in all but the most demanding games in Single player. Multiplayer will depend on the number of players on the server and the internet connection speed.
