Can i play Gta 5 with using Geforce GT 635

I have Geforce Gt 635 and i want to know if i can play Gta 5 and so basically Gta 5 came out on steam and i look for the specs and the specs says this for MINIMUM:
OS: Windows 8.1 64 Bit, Windows 8 64 Bit, Windows 7 64 Bit Service Pack 1, Windows Vista 64 Bit Service Pack 2* (*NVIDIA video card recommended if running Vista OS)

Sound Card: 100% DirectX 10 compatible
So can i play?If i can will it be smooth or laggy(must i lower the graphics of game to stop the lag?)?Help and answering will be appreciated..Thank You
