Can I play GTA V on a GTX 970?

I own an Intel Core i5 4690k, Nvidia GTX 970 Zotac AMP! Extreme Edition, 8GB 1866 MHz RAM, H81 motherboard and a 700 watts 80+ Gold Certified PSU. Can I play Grand Theft Auto V at 1920x1080 resolution on ultra settings with Anti-Aliasing enabled? Thanks in advance.

Yes but just to be safe why not get a Z97 motherboard for your K-series CPU then you can buy another GTX 970 in SLI just to get 30-50% more fps! Can't be too careful these days.
