I suppose you meant dedicated graphics card. And that your question is about the integrated Intel Graphics 630.
You can play GTA V on a lowered resolution and texture quality, here are two reviews:

With HD630, you can play GTA V at lowered resolution (720p) and settings.

The problem, which could happen, is due to your overall total RAM.
iGPU will use some of those 8GB (8GB will be shared between iGPU and system). You might not have enough RAM for your iGPU and your system for a smooth gameplay.
