Can I play LoL using the integrated graphic of an i3 processor?

I always play LoL on the lowest setting. Can an integrated graphic of an i3 processor let me play LoL with 60fps on lowest setting?

Depends on resolution, but it will be playable on the lowest settings.

You should get 60 depending on which i3 it is. As long as its i3 3XXX or 4XXX you should be fine.
