Can i play minecraft on 400++ fps with this system?

Please tell me if i can ply minecraft on 400 fps as i am buying a new pc.
And can i play far cry 3 on mid settings with 50+ fps?

Your graphics card is not the best for gaming to be honest, what i would do is change your CPU to an i5-3570K which is just as good for gaming and get a better graphics card, maybe a GTX 660 or 7870, they will run games great at 1080p.

Agreed, downgrade the CPU and upgrade the GPU. Don't play at 400Fps, because a standard 60hz monitor will still only show you 60fps (you should enable vsync to prevent over-rendering and reduce the heat burden on your hardware).
