it depends on the server. depends on your ping on the server where you're going to play. you could try to ping them

It's possible but you'll probably experience a fair amount of lag. As Cons29 said, it also depends on which server you join as some will have higher latencies than others.

The result showed Cairo as your closest server, would that be correct given where you are? SpeedTest has given me erroneous results in the past.

The choice is yours, but personally, I wouldn't want to play fast-paced games online with the risk of frequent lag. Unfortunately, this is one of those situations where you won't know until you try.

I would say no. That's a pretty terrible internet connection, you're gonna be lagging like crazy.

There's my speedtest results, absolutely horrendous for a suburban area with ADSL 2+
I can play titanfall with pings of 60ish depending on the server and I don't even notice the lag, same with Battlefield 4, loads of 50 ping servers out there. Same as COD.
Basically, any game with dedicated servers where you have a ping of less than 100 should (probably) be fine.

here's an idea. say BF4 (i play this one), in the battlelog (i think you can go there even if you dont own the game), there you can search for servers, and you will see what ping you have on those. just filter those that are near you.

if that is not possible, then find a way to look for server ip addresses, ping them using cmd like "ping -t [ip add]". i forgot the site where there are a list of server ip's for tons of games.
this way you will have an idea. as for the bandwidth, it should be ok, internet is so damn slow from where i am, far from what the other countries have. i only have 2mbps lol
