Can i play the sims triple deluxe on mac

i have a cd of the sims triple deluxe, but everytime i open in the onlt thing that will appear are" data3.cab , data4.cab , ranger.iff, rangerd.if so i really don't know what to do help guys!!!

Is it the Mac version if there is one?

I will specifically say on the box which os it requires as minimum
