Can I play these games on a crappy build?

So here are my specs:

Processor: AMD Phenom(tm) 8750B Triple-Core Processor
Video Card: ATI Radeon 3100 Graphics
Memory: 1.8 GB
Operating System: Windows 7 Home Premium Edition, 64-bit

I apologize to anyone who may have died when they saw my GPU.
Anywho, I just want to know if I can handle the following games, as I tried Game Debate but the log in is down as they are changing servers or something to that effect.

Team Fortress 2
Fallen Earth

I tried playing Wurm Online, but for some reason, I got 3 fps... I currently only play I, Predator as it is about all I can run :lol:

Some extra RAM and a new GPU would help you tremendously.

Your Radeon 3100 is probably a bit better than the Quadro NVS 140M in my D830!

You might be able to play Team Fortress 2, but like Spectre694 said, an upgrade would help.

You should be able to play team fortress 2 at lowest settings. One game requires x300 and the other x1300 and your card slight better than both. But, fallen earth requires 2 gb of ram which you rig fails to meet that requirement.

Okay, so the new GPU isn't happening. My budget for that is $50, and there's not much good that can do. But thanks for the suggestions! Still wondering about Fallen Earth

No not for the GPU but some extra RAM (4Gb maybe) can be had $50 dollars which as ak47 said should bump you up to fallen earth's minimum.
