Solution
You need to post your full system specs, PC brand/model, power supply wattage and brand / model, case size. You already have the CPU, video card and RAM listed.

The #1 thing you need to replce is the video card, rest is OK although going from 4 to 8 gig of RAM would help also, but not nearly as much as a new video card. You will get a huge speed boost with even a $100 video card never mind a $400 one.

Unless you have a good power supply and a case with enought space you can't run a higher end card anyway.
Thank you very much for your reply.
Please tell me which game right now i can play with 4GB Ram.

I will try buy another 4GB later.

Which game you think i can play few few better with 4GB ram?

NO WAY.
I am not confirmed about the watch dogs but for NFS rivals and The crew: your pc is not able to play them even in low settings. If you upgrade only the GPU of your pc then they might be playable.

May be games from 2010-2013. If you can upgrade the GPU you will be good to go:bounce:

Sorry but what is GPU?
And any good Graphics Card you know available in the USA/Canada with warranty and price is around $400?

Maximum maybe $450.
