GPU - AMD r7 250 1 gb ddr5
CPU - fx 8350
mobo- ASRock 970 Extreme 4 Motherboard
ram - 8 gb ddr3 ram @ 1600 mhz

can i play watch dogs on med- high settings

can FX 8350 fit in ASRock 970 Extreme 4 Motherboard . i cant change my graphics cuz ive recently bought it . if i increase my ram will my performance will also increase (gaming) ?????

8gb of ram is enough even on high settings to run watch dogs , any more is a waste
I would say you should be able to run on medium to high settings
