If you're looking for a minimum for reasonable performance in GTA V I'd look at a Geforce 960, 770 or Radeon 380, 280x.

go to game-debate.com, enter your hardware details for each game, & it'll tell you a) whether you can even play it at 1080p, b) if there's any sort of bottleneck involved, & c) what level of quality you should use (low, medium, etc.).
