Can I play Witcher III

Hloo every1. I am going to buy an amd r7 265 and fx 6300, so I was wondering whether I could play Witcher III on high settings. I would be playing it on 1366 * 768 resolution.
The game debate says that i can run it in low on 1080p, but since I'll be playing it on a smaller resolution so would I be able to run it on high settings??

The game is not out yet, we have to wait until its out to see if its well optimized.

If its well optimized, you could possibly pull of high with no AA at that resolution 40+ fps, to get 60+ maybe medium/tweaked high. Once again, i don't know for sure because the game is not out yet.
